Deer Park Podiatry has been serving the local community for the past 30 years. Physicians Dr. James Goetz, Dr. Ronald Kim and Dr. Michele Ahmadi provide the utmost professional care in a warm, congenial office environment. Our medical facility provides onsite x-rays, vascular and nerve testing, full handicap access and a large ground level parking lot.
History
Dr. Goetz, Dr Ahamadi and Dr. Kim all graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a full comprehensive surgical residency. Our physicians are board certified and board qualified respectively, and are certified in laser treatments.

Dr. Goetz is proud to be practicing Podiatry in the Deer Park area for nearly 30 years. Dr. Goetz is a Saint John’s University School of Pharmacy graduate and worked both retail and hospital pharmacy prior to becoming a Podiatrist. He is currently involved in cutting edge research with regard to bringing abuse resistant narcotics to the market. Dr. Goetz completed his Podiatric surgical residency at the Catholic Health Centers of Brooklyn and Queens and is Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. As a Good Samaritan Hospital medical staff physician, he is most proud of his contributions in both teaching and mentoring the new Resident Doctors. Dr. Goetz utilizes the latest technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of foot disorders, including ultra sound needle guidance, diagnostic ultra sound, vascular dopplers, nerve testing instruments and laser treatments.
Dr. Kim a Long Island native, is a practicing Podiatrist in the Deer Park area for almost 10 years. He is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Kim completed a PM&S surgical residency at Good Samaritan Hospital and is surgically board qualified. Currently he is on staff at Northwell Southside hospital in Bayshore, NY. He practices all phases of Podiatry including pediatrics, diabetic foot care, wound care, dermatological disorders, surgery, biomechanics (orthotics) and trauma. Dr. Kim is updated with the most technologically advanced and current treatment modalities. He has been utilizing ultrasound and laser treatments for over 5 years now.
Dr. Ahmadi, D. P.M., is a board certified physician with extensive training in primary podiatric care, wound care, and diabetic limb salvage. After graduating from NYCPM, she completed a surgically intensive residency at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, while also serving as an assistant surgeon at both St. Charles Hospital and St. Catherine’s of Siena. Besides practicing in the Deer Park Podiatry office, she is an attending physician at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital, and South Side Hospital. She employs the latest techniques in wound healing, laser therapy, and multi-modal approach to all foot related conditions.
Our physicians have extensive experience treating a wide array of foot/ankle conditions and disorders. Along with experienced surgical training and skills, the latest technology and equipment are utilized and upgraded on a constant basis.
